The Douglas Center is proud to announce our community Shoe Drive—an opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference with something as simple as a pair of shoes.

What to Donate: We welcome…

Gently worn or new shoes – Pairs only – Shoes with no tears or holes – All styles, sizes, and types

Where to Donate: Shoes can be dropped off at: The Douglas Center, 3445 Howard Street, Skokie, Illinois

Your donation supports The Douglas Center’s programs for adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and mental disabilities while also helping underserved communities around the world. Donated shoes are repurposed and reused, keeping them out of landfills and giving them new life where they are needed most.
