Young at Heart Seniors
The Douglas Center Seniors program serves adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities who are 55 years and older. It provides a semi-retirement environment. The focus is on part-time work opportunities and a larger emphasis on music, arts and crafts, light exercise, community outings, plant care, movies and other leisure activities.
